Fort Myers-based author Don Sausa has written “Investing Without Losing: The Beginner’s Guide to Real Estate Tax Lien and Tax Deed Auctions” (The Vision Press, $19.95). The book examines real estate tax auctions and foreclosure auctions. It introduces the basic concepts of bidding, finding auctions, financing and auction strategies. Sausa is the vice president of LandTrades.com, an online provider of vacation and investment properties.
